PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch from our fulfillment partners.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 6 to 13 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At this time, Try Nolo ships to customers in the United States, Canada, UK, and AUS/NZ.

We are working to expand shipping options in the future.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after shipment.

If you do not see tracking updates immediately, this is normal and does not mean your order has not shipped.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur. Try Nolo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Try Nolo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos if applicable so we can resolve the issue quickly.
